Terms of Sale

All the photographs on this site are for information purposes only, and due to the handmade nature of each piece of jewellery, small differences will occur.

There may be some markings on the back or slight imperfections on the surface which make your jewellery / keepsakes 100% unique.

When ordering please ensure you complete details carefully and clearly, and check all spellings of names, dates etc for engraving. I cannot be held responsible for any errors on items of jewellery resulting from incorrect details given.

On receipt of your paid online order, confirmation of your order will be sent and I will post out an inclusions kit, should you not require one, please just let me know when ordering.

Changes to your order
Changes you wish to make must be made in writing to me via email before I commence any work on your order, and I will advise when work commences.

Please note that machine engraving may be started prior to receiving inclusions and cannot be changed once it has been started, and no refunds will be given

Cancellation
You may cancel your order within 14 days.

Up until that point and within 14 days, you may cancel your order by contacting me via email at jaspers-creations@outlook.com or via the website Contact me form. If at the point of cancellation, no inclusions collection kit has been sent out then you will receive a full refund.

If you cancel your order no postage charges will be refunded for the inclusion kit.

It will take up to 28 days for me to complete your order on receipt of the inclusions, often it will be sooner, but I cannot offer any guarantees.

If you need your items for a specific date (e.g. a birthday), please message or email me before ordering and I will always do my best to accommodate this, if not I will of course let you know.

UK postage and packaging is included in the price of orders over £100.

I cannot accept returns on items unless they are damaged or faulty on delivery on any items that are handmade and personalised, I cannot accept returns on any other basis. If you need to return an item that is damaged or faulty upon delivery, please contact me within 7 days of receipt of the item for details of how to return an item, if over 7 days I am unable to accept any returns.

Faulty or damaged items

All products go through thorough testing to ensure that they are in perfect condition before they are sent to you.

Any damage to the item during transit must be reported to me within 7 days of receipt and any faults such as loose or missing cz stones must be reported with 28 days.

If inclusions are not received after 12 months the order will be cancelled without refund and the money will go towards supporting a charity of Jasper’s Creations choice.

By placing an order with Jasper’s Creations, you are accepting these terms and conditions.

process and deliver your order via the services of our nominated fulfilment partner; by placing an order you are giving permission to pass on the necessary details to our nominated fulfilment partner to enable delivery of your order. In order to dispatch your order our nominated fulfilment partner will pass only the necessary data to the appropriate carrier for delivery & tracking;

provide you with an up to date, efficient, and reliable service;

help prevent fraud (e.g. we may check payment card details with our credit agency, who may keep a record of that information, and reserve the right to refuse orders on that basis. Your credit rating can be checked for a nominal fee with the main UK agencies Equifax and Experian);

Lawful Basis for Processing Data

Prior to making a payment to purchase a memorial gift at www.fjasperscreations.co.uk you will be asked to provide your permission for us to process the information you have supplied. Jasper’s Creations require the information in order to successfully process payments. By ticking the confirmation box you are agreeing that we may process your payment and use the information you have supplied to complete transactions.

Data Retention Policy

When purchasing an item from Jasper’s Creations we will hold your details for a period of 12 months after a successful purchase in order to assist in any sales queries that may arise. Your data will be held in an unencrypted format.

Data Security

We use the latest security measures to protect your details when you shop with us. We use 128-bit SSL Software to encrypt your personal information when using our online Jasper’s Creations shop. All Credit and Debit card information is obtained under SSL and processed by Wix, PayPal). At no time what-so-ever does Jasper’s Creations have visibility of payment information either physically or electronically, payment card information.

Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure. Although we will do our best to protect your personal data, we cannot guarantee the security of your data transmitted to our site; any transmission is at your own risk. Once we have received your information, we will use strict procedures and security features to try to prevent unauthorised access.

Anyone aged 16 years or under must get their parent’s or guardian’s permission in order to use our services. Users without this permission are not allowed to provide us with personal information.

Who Else May See Your Data

In order to complete your order, we may need to disclose some of your information to our delivery partner Royal Mail.

If you order personalised products which are made to order based on information that you provide, then we will need to provide this information (including delivery details) to our manufacturers for the purpose of creating the personalised product to your specification.

All previous transaction which has completed prior to your request to withdraw consent will remain intact.
