Terms Of Sale

All the photographs on this site are for information purposes only, and due to the handmade nature of each piece of jewellery, small differences will occur.

There may be some markings on the back or slight imperfections on the surface, which make your jewellery/keepsakes 100% unique.

When ordering please ensure you complete details carefully and clearly, and check all spellings of names, dates etc for engraving. I cannot be held responsible for any errors on items of jewellery resulting from incorrect details given.

On receipt of your paid online order, confirmation of your order will be sent, and I will post out an inclusions kit, should you not require one, please just let me know when ordering.

Changes to your order
Changes you wish to make must be made in writing to me via email before I commence any work on your order, and I will advise when work commences.

Please note that machine engraving may be started before receiving inclusions and cannot be changed once it has been started, and no refunds will be given

Cancellation
You may cancel your order within 14 days.

Up until that point and within 14 days, you may cancel your order by contacting me via email at jaspers-creations@outlook.com or via the website Contact me form. If at the point of cancellation, no inclusions collection kit has been sent out, then you will receive a full refund.

If you cancel your order, no postage charges will be refunded for the inclusion kit.

It will take up to 28 days for me to complete your order on receipt of the inclusions, often it will be sooner, but I cannot offer any guarantees. If you need your items for a specific date (e.g., a birthday), please let me know and I will always do my best to accommodate this.

UK postage and packaging are included in the price of orders over £200.

I cannot accept returns on items unless they are damaged or faulty on delivery on any items that are handmade and personalised. I cannot accept returns on any other basis. If you need to return an item that is damaged or faulty upon delivery, please contact me within 7 days of receipt of the item for details of how to return an item. If over 7 days, I am unable to accept any returns.

Faulty or damaged items
All products go through thorough testing to ensure that they are in perfect condition before they are sent to you. 

Any damage to the item during transit must be reported to me within 7 days of receipt and any faults such as loose or missing cz stones must be reported with 28 days. 

If inclusions are not received after 12 months the order will be cancelled without refund and the money will go towards supporting a charity of Jasper’s Creations choice.
