Here are a few simple tips to make sure your piece stays beautiful:

Remove jewellery when doing housework/manual labour
Try not to wear your jewellery while doing manual work or using tools, as with all jewellery if you knock, drop, scrape your peice it will cause damage, so do not wear when doing things like DIY, Gardening or any other activity that could cause damage to your very special piece.
Remove when showering, bathing, using a hot tub or swimming
Resin is water-resistant, but not waterproof. Please remove your jewellery before showering, swimming, or washing up to prevent protect the metal and coating protecting the base metal. Soaps, shower gel, handwash, hair products will cause tarnishing. Chlorine & salt water can break down the compositions of both the metals and bonding material used to hold the inclusions in your jewellery.
Remove when sunbathing
Big changes in temperature can cause resin to expand or contract, which might affect any inclusions inside. Store out of direct sunlight as too much sun can cause the resin to soften or discolour over time. A cool, dry spot is best.
Remove when applying Perfume, Lotions & Hand Sanitisers
Make sure that any perfumes, lotions are fully dried into your skin before wearing your jewellery, do not spray any perfumes directly onto your jewellery surface and remove when applying hand sanitisers.
Do not use Jewellery Cleaners
Electronic jewellery cleaners like ultrasonic cleaners as they tend to tarnish the metal beyond repair, and avoid using cleaners like tablets & abrasives. Just use the FREE polishing cloth you receive with your chosen piece.
